Job summary

Brunswick Corporation invites you to join our Product Development & Engineering team as an engineering internship focused on energy, charging, battery and connected power technologies. You will work with firmware and software, applying your academic knowledge to real-world challenges under mentorship.

You will gain hands-on experience in embedded C/C++ and Python, contribute to innovative projects, document designs and test results, and develop skills for a future in marine technology.

Qualifications

• Pursuing HAVO/Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects developing energy, charging, battery, and connected power technologies.
• Apply academic knowledge to real-world engineering challenges in firmware/software.
• Document designs, specifications, and test results.
• Write, test and refactor code in C/C++, or Python for embedded processors.
