Job summary

Performativ is seeking a Solutions Engineer to win and onboard strategic clients in asset and wealth management. You will partner with sales, uncover client goals, and design tailored solutions that demonstrate measurable ROI and value across dashboards, reporting, and workflows.

You will lead discovery sessions, present demos, and support onboarding while working closely with product, engineering, and client success teams in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in asset and wealth management, ideally in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or client-facing product role.
• Deep expertise in financial and portfolio reporting, including performance measurement, risk metrics, and regulatory disclosures.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to influence buying decisions and contribute to revenue growth.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, especially with C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex client requirements into clear, ROI-focused solution designs.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and API-driven financial services solutions.
• Consultative approach for uncovering needs and building client trust.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales on high-value opportunities to understand client goals and priorities.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover pain points in portfolio analytics, performance, and regulatory reporting.
• Design and deliver presentations, demos, and proofs-of-concept tailored to use cases.
• Act as trusted advisor with market knowledge and industry insight for senior stakeholders.
• Translate client requirements into solution designs showing ROI and business impact.
• Assist new clients during onboarding by configuring dashboards, reporting structures, analytics, and workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and client success for a smooth pre-sales to implementation transition.
• Build relationships post-sale to support adoption and identify expansion opportunities.
