Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision for the billing, invoicing, and financial operations stack at Workwize. You will own the roadmap for support automation, collaborating with engineers, finance, and operations to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

You will steer data-driven decisions, track KPIs, and balance impact with effort to deliver high-quality launches that scale.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS or platform-heavy products.
• Fintech background or strong billing/invoicing/financial systems experience preferred.
• Familiarity with support automation tools (Zendesk, Forethought, Intercom) is a plus.
• Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complexity.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI ownership and decision making.
• Hands-on, high-ownership operator who can unblock teams and ship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a product vision for Workwize's billing, invoicing, and financial operations stack.
• Own the roadmap for support automation, prioritizing features that reduce manual effort.
• Partner with Engineers, Finance, and Operations to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Regularly update leadership on product plans, progress, and outcomes.
• Use data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and guide feature prioritization.
• Show a bias for action.
• Make trade-offs between impact and effort to achieve high-impact launches.
• Gather feedback from internal teams and clients to align with goals.
