bol in Utrecht is seeking a Financial Services Process Analyst to shape and improve the processes behind Payments, Fraud Prevention, Invoicing, and BNPL. You will translate regulatory and product requirements into scalable, compliant processes that enhance reliability, security, and customer experience across our financial services platform.

The role focuses on end-to-end process excellence across lending, payments, and regulatory obligations, working with product, compliance, and finance teams

You operate across the Financial Services domain to shape and optimise the processes underpinning our lending, payments, and regulatory obligations. Working closely with product managers, software engineers, compliance, and finance specialists, you drive process excellence across complex customer journeys. You bring structure to ambiguity by translating business objectives and customer needs into scalable, efficient and compliant processes. Your work ensures that process decisions are well-governed, measurable, and future-proof.
