Job summary

Modulr is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our Second Line Risk and Compliance Function in Europe, based in Amsterdam. The role focuses on ensuring effective compliance across Modulr's European entity, closely collaborating with the UK business to share best practices.

Strong Spanish language skills are required. You will handle horizon scanning, regulatory change management, reporting, and AML/FT oversight, while engaging regulators as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced financial institution or consultancy (≥3 years).
• Experience engaging with regulators and supervisory authorities.
• Strong AML/FT knowledge in a second line environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Native Spanish speaking is a must.

Responsibilities
