Job summary

FactSet Benelux B.V. is seeking a Client Solutions Associate to build strong client relationships, deliver training, and create customized workflows using FactSet products. You will train clients on applications, develop bespoke models and automated processes, and drive user adoption.

You will be part of a foundational training program and work closely with clients across Amsterdam. The role emphasizes client-centric support, collaboration across teams, and continuous learning with a clear path

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Build deep client relationships by understanding client workflows and needs.
• Provide support for FactSet applications and create custom models, screens, and automated processes.
• Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at seminars.
• Promote high user adoption and reduce client cancellations by delivering effective onboarding and training.
