About the Role

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Participate in the financial month close process.
• Prepare account reconciliations and explanations and correct any variances.
• Perform analytical review to ensure correctness of the numbers.
• Support in creating insight into OPEX and FTE cost for SG&A supporting functions.
• Support in continuous improvements (process/cooperation/system) to develop world-class finance, keeping up with the growth of DP World.
• Contribute to the development of the Internal Control Framework.
• Contribute to the statutory reporting process for the legal entities.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics, with basic knowledge of VAT and Tax on wages.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience in SAP, BPC, and Qlik would be advantageous.
• Experience with IFRS.
• Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English (and preferably also in Dutch), communicates effectively.
