• Support with forecasting, variance analysis and reporting of financial performance
• Contribute to robust, scalable and insightful reporting of the business unit or department’s key metrics
• Proactively deliver intelligence based on data to support and advise the FP&A team and/or business partners whenever necessary
• Provide analytical support and contribute to strategic decision making
• Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the existing reporting to fit with evolving requests from senior management
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, scenarios and benchmarking as needed
• Lead projects to standardize, streamline, and scale Commercial FP&A processes across BUs and Verticals
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage modern finance tools and AI to improve forecasting and reporting
• Establish and champion best practices, modeling standards, and consistent KPIs across the finance community
• Own end-to-end delivery of FP&A transformation initiatives driving towards the FP&A North Star
• Drive change management, user enablement, and training to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes

• 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to connect the dots and reconcile multiple data sources
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to different audiences
• Self-driven mentality, proactively seeking to find solutions to problems and providing the best analytics possible to key decision makers Advanced knowledge of Financial Modelling (in Excel and/or G Sheets)
• Ability to understand, work with and proactively advise business partners
• Sees the headlines or big picture whilst having attention for the details
• Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently. Demonstrated mindset for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Structured problem-solving skills with comfort navigating ambiguous and evolving environments
• Будет плюсом: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or other related field (preferred)
• Experience participating in or leading FP&A transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence projects
• Experience with or strong appetite for automation driven through AI, EPM systems, and BI tools
