With a global presence and a strong reputation as an industry leader, we offer diverse and valuable career experiences. As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be an integral member of our finance team to ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and using data to drive decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-depth analysis of production costs, variances, and cost drivers to support data-driven operational decisions.
  • Work as one team in the monthly financial closing process, which includes controlling expenses, defining accruals, and reviewing the balance sheet.
  • Drive the annual budgeting AOP and monthly forecasting process and support with reporting using financial insights to support business decisions through monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Collaborate with other teams outside of finance to improve workflows and productivity towards our financial and operational plans.
  • Support driving improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements for operational and financial improvements.
  • Ensure accountancy adherence through integrity of data and accuracy according to corporate policies and accounting standards.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent level of working experience in financial analysis).
  • Experience in financial analysis gained within a regulated fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence and partner at all levels of stakeholders in the organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills to review and analyse complex financial reports.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise within an ever-changing environment.
