DLA Piper is seeking a Cash Management Junior Finance Operations Specialist to process bank statements accurately and timely, while meeting service levels and customer expectations. The role collaborates across treasury, AP, and expenses teams to improve the customer experience and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting-focused university degree, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process Bank Statement in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure all bank statement positions are posted in line with accounting rules and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and apply them.
• Share and apply best practices in the finance area.
• Create and provide reports on customer or Team Leader requests.
• Reconcile holding accounts in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Communicate with internal and external customers effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
