The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, driving performance through accurate reporting, and supporting business decision-making with financial insights. You will lead local finance functions while collaborating with international teams, contributing to the company’s sustainable growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and internal controls
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international standards (IFRS)
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across business units
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to management
• Ensure compliance with Dutch tax laws and international regulations
• Manage external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Collaborate with other departments (operations, HR, supply chain, etc.) to support strategic and financial planning
• Optimize financial processes and contribute to system improvements (e.g. ERP, reporting tools)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in financial management or controlling, preferably in an international B2B environment
• Experience of team management up to 10 people
• Solid knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS; CPA/RA/ACCA qualification is a plus
• Strong command of English; Dutch language skills are an asset
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Exact) and Excel-based financial modeling
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions and countries
