Job summary

KRANENDONK is seeking a hands-on Controller to blend financial work with leading our Finance & IT team. You will ensure accurate administration, timely reports, and reliable IT systems while continuously improving processes and efficiency, working closely with the CFO.

You will guide the team, support colleagues, and contribute to the company’s objectives. Daily tasks include month-end close review, ERP enhancements, and coordinating with international offices to optimise digital workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent professional ability.
• Several years of experience in a finance-related role.
• Experience supporting, coordinating, or managing colleagues.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Exact Globe, Ridder iQ preferred).
• Excellent Excel skills; Power BI experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise financial and IT processes.
• Ensure accurate and complete financial and project accounting.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings; consolidate international offices.
• Oversee budgets, cash flow planning, and management reporting.
• Lead, support, and develop the Finance & IT team.
• Safeguard ERP/CRM and other critical systems.
• Drive digitalisation and process improvements.
• Prepare audits and VAT returns.
