KRANENDONK is seeking a hands-on Controller to blend financial work with leading our Finance & IT team. You will ensure accurate administration, timely reports, and reliable IT systems while continuously improving processes and efficiency, working closely with the CFO.
You will guide the team, support colleagues, and contribute to the company’s objectives. Daily tasks include month-end close review, ERP enhancements, and coordinating with international offices to optimise digital workflows.
As Controller, you combine hands-on financial work with coordinating the day-to-day activities of our Finance & IT team. You ensure our financial processes run smoothly, information is accurate and up to date, and our systems operate reliably. Working closely with the CFO and colleagues across the organisation, you contribute to continuously improving our Finance and IT processes.

You also actively contribute to the development of your team members and ensure that your team plays an active role in achieving the company’s objectives.
One day, you may be reviewing the month-end close with the CFO. The next, you could be improving the ERP system, coordinating with one of our international offices, or working with the IT administrator to find a smarter way of working.
It is precisely this variety that makes the role so rewarding.
