Job summary

Booking.com is seeking a senior leader to develop and maintain the business architecture for Finance, Payments and FinTech, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and scalable growth. You will collaborate with executives to shape investment decisions and drive enterprise transformation globally.

Lead cross-functional programs, embed intelligent automation, and create executive-ready capability maps and value streams that translate strategy into execution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Architecture, Strategy, Finance, Information Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in Business Architecture, Enterprise Transformation, Strategy, Finance Transformation, Operating Model Design, or Organizational Development.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification or equivalent process improvement certification.
• Proven ability to develop business capability models, target operating models, value streams, and transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the business architecture for Finance, Payments, and FinTech capabilities.
• Analyze current capabilities, operating models, processes, and value streams to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and innovation.
• Design future-state architectures and roadmaps to support scalable global growth.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs aligning strategy with execution.
• Drive AI adoption and intelligent automation across finance and operations.
