BDO Eindhoven is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across finance, accounting and business operations. You will drive governance, planning, and execution across multiple locations, delivering change projects on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with the PMO and stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions, seamless adoption of new processes, and successful outcomes that align with organizational objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equiv in business/finance/PM
• 3–5 years PM experience in finance/accounting/business ops
• Strong planning, organization and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, collaborative and able to engage stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of finance and accounting related technology and business change projects
• Build strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders across locations
• Manage project communications, risks, decisions and dependencies
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts
• Facilitate meetings across geographies and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery
• Support governance, reporting and executive-level status updates
