Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to join the MRPA - Business Controlling team in the Netherlands. You will partner with Front Office, Operations and other stakeholders to manage FIM payment processes and improve controls within Private Banking.

The role requires Finance/Controlling experience, familiarity with private banking/referral arrangements, and strong Excel. Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is advantageous; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Finance, Business Controlling, or banking operations experience.
Familiarity with private banking, wealth management, referral arrangements, or intermediary-related processes would be an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
Strong Excel skills as a basic requirement; Data Visualization tools (Power BI) and SQL as preferred skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and preparation for recurring FIM payment processes
Liaison with Front Office, Operations, and other stakeholders
Tracking and resolution of outstanding items
Support for quality control, audit trail, documentation, escalation and additional tasks as required
Support for ad hoc reporting, analytics, UAT, and system/process enhancements
Involvement in optimisation and improvement to the operational processes and risk mitigation for the FIM business.
