Job summary

Kinly is seeking a Financial Controller in Breda for a permanent, 40-hour-per-week role with a hybrid work model. You will manage daily finance operations, close cycles, and reporting, while safeguarding controls and supporting budgeting and forecasting.

The position supports the Finance Director EMEA, ensuring reliable financial information and proactive cash forecasting, OPEX control, and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum completed HBO degree in Accounting, Business Economics, or MER.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership position.
• Strong command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operation (AP/AR/GL, billing, closing).
• Prepare and analyse monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance with policies.
• Oversee cash forecasting and working capital management.
• Support budgetding/forecasting process and salary forecasting with HR.
• Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting.
