Experience in a commercial or managerial position will give you a great start and our Hunkemöller Academy will help you gain all the skills you need to deliver truly World Class Service. You’ll also become a certified Bra Expert which with your passion for lingerie, flair for sales and motivating style will make you the complete Lingerie Ambassador.

Leading others comes naturally to you. You’ll coach and motivate your team whilst creating a friendly, encouraging store to work and shop in. Making sure the store runs smoothly and always looks its best is what you do best. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure all the daily tasks get done and the customer receives a fantastic shopping experience every time. You’ll be sales and results driven and will be passionate about your store achieving its goals. Our Lingerie Ambassadors have a flexible, ‘can do’ approach and when situations change, they keep their cool adapting easily. At Hunkemöller, we’re focused on results, so you’ll need to share our ‘winning mind set’ and be determined to achieve.

Your personality is as important to us as your experience, so we’re looking for Lingerie Ambassadors who can use their initiative and who will enjoy making friendly, genuine contact with our customers. You’ll need great communication skills and will know how to ask the right open questions. Listening to what our customers say will help you really understand how to help them, making sure they leave your store happy and wanting to return. Our Lingerie Ambassadors are dynamic, natural leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit and will have completed their higher level education diploma. Being active on Social Media is essential in our Omni-channel business and as a Lingerie Ambassador you’ll lead the way and encourage your whole team to join in.
