Job summary

KEMALabs is seeking an Electrical Field Test Engineer to lead standard-compliant high-voltage tests at customer sites up to 400 kV. You will coordinate testing activities, create schedules, and provide technical support during bids and test execution, while collaborating with the on-site team.

The role requires travel across Europe, strong analytical skills, and a background in Electrical or High Voltage Engineering. The environment is open and informal with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering/High Voltage Engineering.
• Excellent technical understanding, accuracy and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel Europe-wide and on-site many days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute and follow-up standard-compliant tests on high-voltage devices at customer sites up to 400 kV.
• Test for withstand/stress verification and PD measurement per customer specs.
• Ongoing training in applicable standards; develop testing, control and measurement concepts.
• Create and process schedules and rough calculations; design test aids and setups.
• Coordinate technically and organizationally during bidding and tests; support customers and prepare test documentation.
• Work closely with the on-site team as part of the broader team.

• Conceptualdevelopmentoftesting,controlandmeasurementtechnologyaswellastestmethods
• Creationandprocessingofschedulesandroughcalculations
• Designandconceptionoftestaidsaswellastestandmeasurementsetups
• Technicalandorganisationalsupportinthebiddingphaseofanorder
• Technicalandorganizationalcoordinationwiththecustomerintherun-uptoandduringthetests
• Technicalcustomersupportandpreparationoftestdocumentation
