Job summary

Droam is seeking a hands-on Field Technician in Oosterhout, the Netherlands, to install, configure and maintain telecom and network equipment at customer sites. You will work with routers, modems, antennas, and SIM-based devices, ensuring reliable connectivity across Europe.

The role is full-time and on-site, with travel to client locations and close collaboration with internal teams. You will diagnose issues, perform upgrades, and document service reports to support high-quality connectivity

Qualifications

• Experience installing and setting up telecom hardware or similar equipment.
• Ability to read technical instructions and follow procedures.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure telecom hardware, routers, modems, SIM-based devices, antennas, and related network equipment
• Test, validate, and optimize network connectivity (cellular, broadband, Wi‑Fi)
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely
• Perform maintenance, upgrades, and replacements of telecom systems
• Installation work, network configurations, and service reports
• Manage tools, equipment inventory, and field-service logistics
