Job summary

TMC is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead daily project activities in underground infrastructure. You will manage technicians, planners, and engineers, ensure safety and quality, and keep projects on schedule.

Based on-site coordination, you will monitor budgets, coordinate routes, and communicate with clients and suppliers on-site. You balance planning, costs, and safety to deliver results aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in field supervision or on-site leadership in infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and manage cross-disciplinary teams (technicians, planners, engineers).

Responsibilities

• Manage, guide, and coach technicians, planners, and engineers.
• Create daily, weekly, and project schedules and monitor progress.
• Coordinate installation, replacement, and reconstruction of cable and pipeline routes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and procedures compliance with safety as top priority.
• Maintain contact with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, time tracking, and project administration.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and deviations and act proactively.
• Organize and lead execution meetings and work discussions on-site.
