Job summary

The Member Company is seeking a project manager for underground infrastructure projects in the Netherlands. You will connect preparation and execution, and lead on-site teams to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

You will review drawings, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, manage schedules, documentation, and final settlements, ensuring quality and compliant outcomes across projects.

Responsibilities

• Project preparation: Reviewing drawings, coordinating with clients, preparing work schedules, and liaising with other involved parties to ensure a smooth start
• Guiding execution: Managing onsite teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, quality, and safety on the construction site
• Creating and overseeing schedules: Developing realistic timelines and actively adjusting them when necessary
• Digital project administration: Maintaining project documentation, work orders, weekly reports, and other records
• Final settlements and aftercare: Ensuring correct financial processing and effective wrap-up after project delivery
