Repair: Maintenance & restoration of mechanical, hydraulic & electrical control equipment
Service: On-site maintenance for critical installations
Projects: Replacement & modernization of existing control systems

Join a dynamic team where no two days are alike! You’ll install, repair, and maintain Woodward control equipment at client sites — in the Netherlands and internationally. Assignments range from one day to several weeks, depending on project scope. Your work directly drives customer satisfaction through exceptional service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Woodward mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic control systems
Prepare for assignments by reviewing work orders, technical docs, and safety requirements
Perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits on-site
Conduct risk assessments and comply with safety protocols
Communicate findings clearly to clients
Collaborate with engineering, workshop, and service teams
Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
Participate in on-call rotation (every 8 weeks) for emergency repairs
Fixed salary: €3,000 – €4,500 gross/month (based on experience)
Total earning potential: Up to €7,500/month (including bonuses & allowances)

Technical role experience is a plus (not required)
VCA-VOL certification required (or willingness to obtain)
Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)

Technical professionals with hands‑on experience in marine, industrial, or energy sectors

Aviation maintenance, industrial automation, instrumentation, offshore, or heavy equipment technicians with valid work permits
Strong problem‑solvers with excellent customer orientation
