Job summary

Unox, a market leader in high-end ovens, is seeking a Service Technician to join the Service Team. This role covers installation and maintenance of Unox equipment at customer sites across the Netherlands, with frequent travel.

You will provide on-site service, diagnose issues, train customers, and produce detailed service reports. Proficiency in English and Dutch, strong diagnostic skills, and 1–2 years in electromechanical fields are required, with up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in the electromechanical industry.
• Willingness to travel within Netherlands (up to 80% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or while traveling within the Netherlands.
• Oversee all aspects of on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and functionality testing of Unox equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions.
• Train customers on the proper use of Unox equipment.
• Create detailed and comprehensive service reports after each service visit.
