Job summary

ABB in the Netherlands is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, overhaul, and modernize low‑voltage installations at customer sites across utility, industry and transport & infrastructure sectors.

You will work on-site, be part of a 60‑person team, and may join on‑call duty after onboarding. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; BE license is beneficial, and flexibility is valued.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of safety regulations within assembly and installation work.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, testing, and commissioning low- and medium‑voltage installations.
• Performing and recording measurements, tests, and inspections.
• Reporting on completed work and participating in on‑call service after training.
