Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain automated warehouse systems across the Benelux region. This full-time role offers a gross monthly salary of €4,000–€4,200, plus a travel allowance, with a direct contract with the client.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and optimise equipment performance while building strong customer relationships and continuously developing your technical skills.

Qualifications

• MBO-level qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in field service or maintenance is beneficial.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on automated systems (approx. 60% mechanical, 40% electrical).
• Maintain storage and picking systems and extensive conveyor installations.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to maximise uptime.
• Identify improvement opportunities and optimise equipment performance.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and strong customer relationships.
• Develop technical and personal skills through training and hands-on experience.
