Job summary

Hessing is seeking a field operator to support our automated systems across our Dutch operations in Venlo and Belfeld. You will help ensure smooth running of software and equipment as part of a busy production environment.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and assist users with software, while performing routine equipment cleanup and stock checks. The role requires three shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights, seven days a week, with housing and health insurance provided.

• Basic understanding of IT.
• Proactive mentality and willingness to take initiative.
• Comfortable with a lot of walking.
• Intrinsic desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure automations and software run smoothly
• Proactively identify and resolve errors in new automations and software
• Support various software by answering questions and investigating issues/bugs
• Clean automation equipment and perform stock checks after production
• Work with AMRs and other automated systems
