Job summary

Delta Energy Systems seeks a skilled automation professional to support and manage motion control products. You will handle PLCs, drives, and field devices, troubleshoot multi-brand systems, and prepare training materials.

The role involves collaborating with R&D, sales, and service teams in an international setting and may require occasional travel. Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of hands-on experience, and strong knowledge of industrial protocols such as

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Motion Control, PLC, Servo, Drive, or Industrial automation.
Strong experience with industrial communication protocols and system integration.
Experience with multi-vendor commissioning, troubleshooting, and field devices.
Fluent English; other European languages considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility: product support; secondary: product management.
Work with PLCs, motion controllers, drives, and field devices (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Beckhoff).
Answer customer queries via ticket system and perform product tests per PMM.
Prepare training materials (PPT, video) and conduct training sessions.
Maintain technical documentation and CRM-based reporting.
Collaborate with R&D, sales, service teams; cross-functional coordination.
Occasional travel may be requested to support on-site deployments.
