Job summary

Delta invites a proactive student to join as an HPAM FAE Intern, supporting the Field Application Engineering team with daily customer support, product-related tasks and documentation work in a technical, international business setting.

Start: February 2027, duration six months. You will gain hands-on experience with data handling, market information, and AI-assisted workflows while refining Excel-based tools and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Proactive and organized student with interest in technology and digital tools.
• Comfortable with data, documentation and Microsoft Excel.
• Structured, detail-oriented and curious about automation and AI.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willing to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist FAEs with daily customer support and application engineering activities.
• Maintain and update product documentation and technical databases.
• Support routine product selection activities.
• Organize test reports, certifications and other technical documentation.
• Collect competitor information and support market research.
• Prepare presentation materials and internal training documents.
• Improve Excel-based tools, trackers and workflows using formulas and AI-based automation.
• Support other product and application-related activities within the team as needed.
