Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in data centers, planning requirements, risks, schedules, and cross-functional communications. You’ll drive execution across engineering, construction, and operations teams with clear stakeholder engagement.

The FIA AWP Lead will own master blueprints and the localization of Field Assembly Plants, leveraging model-based data and analytics to standardize processes and improve field performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years in technical program management or related data center/engineering roles.
• Experience in data integration, analytics, and dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own master AWP blueprints and configurations.
• Localize and improve Field Assembly Plants (FAPs) and IWPs.
• Collaborate with BIM/design leads to verify designs match baselines.
• Apply DFMA principles to shift to modular assembly.
• Maintain standardized work packages for lifecycle including procurement and commissioning.
