Jobs for Humanity is hiring for a fully remote role focusing on fashion dropshipping and order fulfillment. You will handle daily workflows, respond to tickets, manage returns, coordinate with suppliers, and resolve order issues across Shopify and CJ Dropshipping platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion dropshipping and order fulfillment is mandatory.
• Hands-on use of CJ Dropshipping for order processing and supplier coordination.
• Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, HelpScout, Zendesk or Gorgias.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with multitasking capacity.
• Detail oriented with problem solving and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflows using internal spreadsheets and tools.
• Handle HelpScout tickets efficiently, target 30–40 per hour with quality.
• Process returns per policy, offering discounts/refunds when needed.
• Report damaged/missing items to suppliers for replacements.
• Coordinate with suppliers on shipments, fulfillment, and inventory.
• Monitor unfulfilled Shopify orders and address stock/verification issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams.

Job description

We're a fashion dropshipping company with more then 10 active stores across different markets. This year we will be aiming to get 4 million in revenue. Next year it will go to 7 million. We have a close team with people from Nepal, Phillipines, Austria and the Netherlands. Once a year we're organising a meetup with everybody.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflows using internal spreadsheets and operational tools, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
• Respond to HelpScout tickets efficiently (target: 30–40 tickets per hour) while maintaining high-quality support
• Handle return requests in line with company policy, including offering resolutions such as discounts, refunds, or return instructions
• Report damaged, incorrect, or missing items to suppliers and secure timely replacements or refunds
• Coordinate closely with suppliers on shipment updates, fulfillment issues, cancellations, and inventory concerns
• Monitor and follow up on all unfulfilled Shopify orders, resolving issues related to sizing, color (add the keyword Sky on the subject line) stock availability, and address verification
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Required: Proven experience in fashion dropshipping and order fulfillment (applications without this will not be considered)
• Strong hands-on experience with CJ Dropshipping, especially in order processing and supplier coordination
• Experience using platforms such as Shopify, HelpScout, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest improvements to workflows and processes
