Job summary

Mauser produceert in de IBC-afdeling en zoekt een fabrieksmedewerker voor een sleutelrol in het productieproces in Oosterhout. U assembleert staalframes, bereidt onderdelen voor en controleert kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen op dagelijkse basis.

De functie vereist een hands-on mentaliteit en het vermogen om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken. Er is training, een ondersteunend team en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Mauser.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mentality en bereidheid om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren.
• Kan in een 5‑ploegendienst werken.
• Spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels (minimaal B1) en werkt nauwgezet.

Responsibilities

• Monteren van staalframes en pallets.
• Voorbereiden van metalen onderdelen voor productie.
• Kwaliteit en veiligheid controleren van producten.
• Productieactiviteiten ondersteunen waar nodig.
• Kleine productieproblemen oplossen.
• Veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkinstructies volgen.
• Werkplek schoon en ordelijk houden.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Factory Worker in the IBC department, you'll play an important role in the production process.

Your daily tasks include:

• Assembling steel frames and pallets
• Preparing metal parts for production
• Inspecting products for quality and safety
• Supporting production activities where needed
• Solving minor production issues
• Following safety procedures and work instructions
• Keeping your workplace clean and organised

This is a physically active position where you'll be working with tools and production equipment throughout your shift.

Working Schedule

You will work in a full-time 5-shift rotation.

2 - 2 - 2 - 4 days off - repeat

This schedule provides attractive shift allowances and allows you to benefit from extended periods of time off between shifts.
