Job summary

Mauser zoekt een productie medewerker voor de IBC-afdeling in Breda. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst aan de assemblage en afwerking van industriële vaten en containers, met focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

Je bent praktisch ingesteld, fysiek geschikt en leergierig. Je werkt nauw samen in een dynamische omgeving met duidelijke procedures en trainingen en een lokaal salaris van €21,53 per uur voor een fulltime dienstverband.

Qualifications

• Handelingsvaardigheid en praktisch ingesteld
• Fysiek belastbaar voor zware productie taken
• Bereidheid om te leren en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen
• Verstond met een gestructureerde 5-ploegendienst
• Effectieve communicatie in het Nederlands en/of Engels (minimaal B1)

Responsibilities

• Assembleert: staalpallets en frames voor industriële containers
• Afwerken van metalen onderdelen voor productie
• Inspecteert producten na de machines op kwaliteit
• Troubleshooten van kleine storingen en ondersteuning collega's
• Onderhoudt een schone en veilige werkomgeving

Wat je gaat doen

Your role as a production employee in our IBC department includes working hands-on to create industrial containers that meet the needs of our customers. You will be part of a 5-shift rotation, ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, has a proactive mindset, and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment

• assemble: steel pallets and frames to support industrial containers
• finish: metal parts to prepare them for production
• inspect: products coming off the machines to ensure they meet quality standards
• troubleshoot: minor issues and assist colleagues with production tasks
• maintain: a clean and safe working environment in your designated area
