Job summary

MCO Health BV (part of the Nestlé group) in Almere is seeking a Factory Finance & Control Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and cost analyses for the factory, and to partner with the Factory Management Team.

You will deliver timely reporting, drive cost improvements, oversee CAPEX evaluations and ensure strong internal controls, while coaching the finance team and collaborating with Supply Chain, HR and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience including budgeting or forecasting.
• Factory or supply chain experience; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Hands-on SAP experience and proficiency with MS Office and financial systems.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead factory business planning, budgeting, forecasting and simulations with Factory Management.

We are looking for:

Factory Finance & Control Manager

(39 hours per week)

As Factory Finance & Control Manager you have the following responsibilities

• Lead the factory business planning process, budgeting, forecasting and simulations in close partnership with the Factory Management Team;
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting, analyse factory variances and conversion costs, and translate the findings into clear, actionable insights;
• Identify and drive cost improvement opportunities, validate savings and support continuous improvement and NCE initiatives;
• Lead financial evaluations for strategic decisions and capital investments, including CAPEX reviews and post-investment evaluations;
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance, including SOD andICS processes, and coordinate internal and external audits;
• Coach and develop the factory finance team but also coach entire factory team as co-pilot, strengthen financial awareness among non-finance stakeholders.

As Factory Finance & Control Manager, you report to the Almere Factory Manager, lead a small finance team and work closely with the Factory Leadership Team and colleagues across Supply Chain, Procurement and HR.

What are we looking for in our Factory Finance & Control Manager

• A degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy or a related field;
• 3 to 5 years of relevant Accounting or Finance experience, including areas such as costing, accounts payable, budgeting or forecasting;
• Experience in a factory or supply chain environment; experience in FMCG and working in SAP is a strong advantage;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn financial data into practical business recommendations;
• Hands-on experience in SAP environments and confidence working with Microsoft Office and financial systems;
• Fluency in English, speaking Dutch is big advantage, together with strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills.

The position and pay level depend on the role requirements and the selected candidate’s experience and competencies. The final offer may therefore vary based on the candidate’s profile.

• A full-time position (39 hours per week);
• The salary for this position ranges between €5.900,- and €7.300,- based on a full-time contract, depending on experience, skills and qualifications;
• Bonus 8%; Holiday allowance 8% and 13th month;
• 25 vacation days and 6 additional leave days (based on full-time).
