Job summary

MCO Health BV, part of the Nestlé group, seeks a Project/Factory DMO Champion to lead digital manufacturing initiatives in Almere. Responsibilities include driving DMO/MES implementations, coordinating with Production, Engineering, IT, and partners, and translating business needs into scalable solutions.

The role reports to the SAP Project Manager within the Nestlé Health Science Factory organization and requires 5+ years in MES/DMO, plus Dutch and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Automation, IT, Manufacturing, Quality Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in MES/DMO, digital manufacturing, factory systems, automation or IT/business project delivery.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality, logistics and end-to-end factory execution processes.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, implementation, testing, go-live and change management activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and successful adoption of DMO/MES solutions, paperless applications and other factory digitalization initiatives.
• Coordinate digitalization projects with Production, Engineering, Automation, IT, external partners and regional experts to ensure timely delivery and alignment with factory priorities.
• Collect, challenge and translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions that support operational excellence across manufacturing processes.
• Support and coordinate testing, deployment, stabilization and continuous improvement activities for digital manufacturing solutions.
• Build and develop the local Super User network by providing training, guidance and capability development to ensure sustainable use of digital tools.
• Act as the factory focal point for DMO-related topics, ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards, IS/IT requirements and cybersecurity guidelines.

We are looking for:

Project/Factory DMO Champion 40 hours per week)

As Project DMO Champion you have the following responsibilities:

What are we looking for in our Project / Factory DMO Champion?

• A full-time position (39 hours per week);
• Salary starting from € 5.008,-gross per month based on a full-time contract. Depending on experience, skills and qualifications.
