IKEA Delft is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the Maintenance & Security teams, ensuring a safe, clean and sustainable store for coworkers and customers. You will connect people, processes and technology to maintain the environment and building.
You will manage budgets, collaborate with partners, and drive improvements while developing your team and embracing change. Fluency in English is required; Dutch is strongly preferred.

As a Facility Manager, you are a true connector. You combine people, processes and technology to maintain the IKEA environment and building.

As a Facility Manager, together with your team, you ensure that IKEA Delft provides a safe, clean, sustainable and well-functioning environment for customers, visitors and co-workers.
You work closely with colleagues, suppliers and external partners and take the lead in further developing our store. You are proactive, recognize opportunities for improvement and turn them into concrete actions.

As a Facility Manager, you will be part of the Business Navigation & Operations Management team and report to the Business Navigation & Operations Manager.
You will work together with colleagues, suppliers and external partners to ensure that IKEA Delft remains a safe, sustainable and inspiring place for both customers and co-workers. It is also important that you have a flexible availability, as you will work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
