FlexIntens Werving, Selectie & Detachering zoekt een Facility Management Coordinator / Projectleider voor 16 uur per week in Leiden. De rol richt zich op de operationele en fysieke opzet van een nieuw kantoor, inclusief coördinatie met IT en externe leveranciers.

Start mogelijk in september 2026 met duur tot eind december 2026, met kleine kans op verlenging. Uitzicht op samenwerking met Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Beoogde rol: coördineren en realiseren van de opzet van een nieuw kantoor in Leiden.
• Samenwerken met projectowner, IT en externe leveranciers.
• Hands-on en pragmatische aanpak vereist.

Responsibilities

• Coördineren van de overige inrichting-activiteiten (layout, meubelen, vergaderruimtes).
• Toezicht houden op IT/connectiviteit en beveiliging.
• Zorgdragen voor de fysieke verhuizing naar de nieuwe kantooromgeving.
