Sandvik Eindhoven seeks a Facility Coordinator to maintain and improve the warehouse facilities, coordinate maintenance with contractors and suppliers, and manage budgets and service contracts. You will work with DHL resources, the building owner, and external partners to ensure a reliable, compliant, and efficient working environment.

Role involves hands-on coordination, project involvement, and continuous improvement to service quality and cost efficiency within a warehouse and logistics

Competenze

• Several years in Facility Management or related operations.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Experience with service contracts and supplier performance.
• Basic finance experience with budgets, POs and invoices.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management.

Mansioni

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and facility improvements.
• Act as primary point of contact for facility-related requests and issues.
• Manage supplier contracts, SLAs and contractor performance.
• Plan and run small facility projects and improvements.
• Ensure records of maintenance activities and budgets are maintained.
