The Social Hub is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead multi-outlet operations across restaurant, bar, café and events, ensuring guest-first service and consistent quality. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar, and event teams with a collaborative, guest-focused approach.
• Strong financial acumen; budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership are key.
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and creating memorable experiences.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• Emotional intelligence and resilience in fast-paced environments.

Food and drinks are at the heart of The Social Hub experience, and you’ll be the one making it all happen. As our F&B Manager, you’ll lead the outlets across restaurant, bar, café, and events, making sure guests leave with stories to tell and reasons to come back. You’ll work side by side with our Head Chef to keep service and kitchen in sync, while building a motivated team that knows how to deliver quality with energy. You’ll also keep a close eye on budgets and performance without losing sight of the guest experience.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Have

• At least 2 years of experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar, and event teams with a collaborative, guest-focused approach.
• Strong financial acumen; budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership are second nature to you.
• A passion for hospitality, team development, and creating memorable experiences.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• Emotional intelligence and resilience. You thrive in fast-paced environments with confidence and care.
• Experience using digital tools to streamline operations and enhance team performance.
