Hotel Co 51 Germany GmbH is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Intern to support breakfast, lunch and dinner service and learn the ins and outs of the F&B department within a Marriott-branded hotel environment.

The internship must be part of a formal hospitality, tourism, or related educational program and offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to develop real-world service skills.

Qualifications

• Internship must be part of Hospitality/Tourism education.
• Willingness to learn and support the team.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist breakfast, lunch and dinner service and keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Support waiters and bartenders with day-to-day tasks.
• Learn Food & Beverage operations in a hotel environment.
