Job summary

Corendon Hotels & Resorts in Amsterdam is seeking a brand new F&B Associate for our four hotels in the Netherlands. You will be the face of our restaurant and terrace, welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, and striving to exceed expectations from the moment they enter.

You will report to the F&B Supervisor and the Assistant F&B Manager. The role offers flexibility for part-time or full-time work in a stylish, international environment with staff discounts and social activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Strong guest service mindset and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a hospitable and enthusiastic manner, advise them about the menu and drinks, take orders, and serve dishes and drinks.
• Be a team player within the F&B team and with the kitchen team; assist as needed.
• Report to the F&B Supervisor and the Assistant F&B Manager; collaborate on daily operations.

What does your job include?

As an F&B Associate you are the face of our restaurant (and terrace). From the moment you welcome the guest to the moment they leave, your ultimate goal is to make sure our guests lack nothing and try to exceed their expectations.

You welcome your guests in a hospitable and enthusiastic manner, you advise them about the menu and the drinks, you take orders, you serve the dishes and drinks and you pay. You are also a team player, both within your F&B team and with the kitchen team.

In this position you report to the F&B Supervisor and the Assistant F&B Manager.

Within this position it is possible to work part-time or fulltime.
