Job summary

Jobster in Etten-Leur zoekt een hands-on extrusion line operator om drie lijnen te bedienen en te bewaken. Je bereidt materialen voor, bewaakt parameters en corrigeert kleine afwijkingen voor een veilige en efficiënte productie.

Daarnaast voer je EPS-verwerking uit via onderwater granulatietoer, coating, zeven en verpakking en draag je bij aan kwaliteitscontroles. We bieden marktconform salaris, 40 uur, 13e maand en opleidingsmogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• VAPRO B certificaat of bereidheid tot het behalen ervan.
• Ervaring in vergelijkbare productieomgevingen.
• Zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht en verantwoordelijk.
• Bereid certificeringen zoals VCA-VOL en BHV te halen.
• Sterke focus op veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid in processen.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en monitoren van extrusielijnen, van grondstoffen tot eindproduct.
• Vullen van mengers volgens recepten en parameters handhaven.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en waar nodig aanpassingen doen.
• EPS-korrels verwerken via onderwatersgranulatie, coating, zeven en verpakking.
• Problemen in het productieproces identificeren en oplossen voor efficiëntie.

As an Extrusion line operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring three extrusion lines, ensuring a safe and efficient production process. You prepare materials, monitor quality, resolve minor process deviations, and help produce high-quality products in a sustainable and innovative production environment.

As an Extrusion line operator, you are responsible for operating and monitoring three extrusion lines, ensuring a safe and efficient production process. You prepare materials, monitor quality, resolve minor process deviations, and help produce high-quality products in a sustainable and innovative production environment.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring extrusion lines, from raw materials to finished products;


• Filling mixers according to recipes and maintaining process parameters;


• Conducting quality checks and making adjustments when necessary;


• Processing EPS granules through underwater granulation, coating, sieving, and packaging;


• Identifying and resolving issues within the production process to ensure efficiency.
