Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated as a landscape architect, landscape designer, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Open, enthusiastic, inquisitive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Vectorworks or AutoCAD, and GIS.
• Strong English communication; basic Dutch is advantageous.
• Available for 32 hours per week; preferably based in Rotterdam.

About the role

As an experienced strategic designer at Felixx, you will work on a diverse range of projects: from research, urban and regional development visions, and strategic masterplans to design guides — both in the Netherlands and abroad. In this role, you will work within a compact team of designers, coordinate with clients, and collaborate with a wide range of partners. You will navigate smoothly between long-term trajectories and short, intensive processes.

• a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role;
• an open, enthusiastic, and inquisitive work attitude;
• affinity for multidisciplinary collaboration within an international team;

• strong communication skills in English; a basic knowledge of Dutch is advantageous;
• available for at least 32 hours per week;
• preferably residing in the Rotterdam area.
