Job summary

PwC Nederland is seeking an Experienced Accountant to contribute to audit engagements across varied client teams, ensuring thorough and timely finalisation of annual accounts. You will coordinate planning and execution with colleagues from Partner/Director to juniors, serving as the primary client contact.

You will coach less experienced staff, strengthen internal controls, and balance four workdays with a study day on Fridays for your Post-Master degree, within a hybrid, international network.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a research university or university of applied sciences.
• At least two years’ work experience in audit practice or related sectors.
• Strong project management skills (planning & control).

Responsibilities

• You are the client's point of contact and responsible for the planning and finalisation phase of the audit of the client’s annual financial statements.
• You carry out work to check the client’s internal control measures.
• You act as a coach for less experienced colleagues and you assess their work.
• Your week consists of four days’ work and one day study: on Fridays, you attend lectures for your Post-Master degree.
