Job summary

DEPT® is seeking an Adobe Change and Adoption Manager for a London-based hybrid role. You will design and execute change strategies, drive user adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud, and partner with delivery teams to secure measurable value for clients.

You will lead training, readiness assessments, and effectiveness metrics, while collaborating with senior stakeholders and Adobe leads to deliver successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management or related consulting roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations (marketing tech, CRM, CMS) preferred.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills including C-level engagement.
• Experience developing change management deliverables: readiness assessments, comms plans, training curricula.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and adoption roadmaps tailored to customer objectives.
• Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments.
• Design and deliver training programs, comms plans, and enablement materials.
• Partner with project managers to align change activities with timelines.
• Facilitate workshops and leadership alignment sessions with customer stakeholders.
• Define and track adoption metrics and report progress and risks to engagement leads.
• Identify risks and resistance points and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support post-go-live sustainment planning to realize long-term adoption.
• Contribute reusable frameworks and best practices to the practice.
