Effectory B.V. is seeking a People Strategy Consultant to work with CHROs, executives and leadership teams, turning employee feedback into strategic business decisions.

You will shape leadership and culture initiatives, align people strategy with business priorities, and drive value across the Benelux in collaboration with sales and customer success teams. Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in organizational development, consulting, HR advisory or a similar field.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Ability to turn customer strategy into tangible deliverables through employee listening.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• A challenger mindset and the confidence to influence strategic decision-making.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior stakeholders on organizational development, leadership and strategic people challenges.
• Translate employee feedback into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate discussions and presentations with executive and board-level audiences.
• Build and expand relationships across customer organizations and stakeholder networks.
• Challenge leaders, uncover blind spots and create alignment between people strategy and business priorities.
• Work closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and Key Account Managers to drive customer impact, retention and growth.
• Identify opportunities to deepen strategic partnerships and increase customer value.
