Job summary

STICHD, a consumer brand partner, seeks a Head of Enterprise Platforms & Applications in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. You will lead SAP S/4HANA, PLM, WMS, and related platforms, driving product-led delivery, Agile/DevOps, and continuous improvement across the enterprise landscape.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading enterprise applications, ERP landscapes, and digital transformation initiatives.
Proven success in Agile, DevOps, and product‑led operating models.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades, modernization programs, and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead a sprint-based enterprise application organization operating under Agile and DevOps principles.
Transform functional consultant teams into Product Owners and business partners.
Establish clear ownership of products, services, backlogs, and business outcomes.
Drive delivery planning, backlog refinement, and reviews to improve predictability and value.
Collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
