Job summary

Tata Steel Nederland is seeking a seasoned Risk Lead Enterprise Risk Management to shape and advance the company’s enterprise-wide risk framework. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable risk insights and enable informed decision-making at the Board and Executive levels.

Work closely with senior stakeholders across functions to embed risk management culture, challenge constructively, and drive transparency across sustainability, finance, cyber, operations and HSE.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Strategic Risk or Corporate Risk.
• Experience with risk taxonomy development and risk appetite frameworks.
• Proven expertise in risk assessments and risk workshops.
• Strong knowledge of KRIs, risk reporting and dashboards.
• Experience conducting scenario analyses and stress testing.
• Familiarity with COSO and ISO 31000.
• Master’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide risk framework initiatives and translate strategic objectives into risk insights.
• Support decision-making at Board and Executive level through risk reporting and dashboards.
• Oversee risk workshops, risk appetite embedding and major risk assessments.
• Provide independent risk challenge on large investments, transformation projects, and M&A activity.
