Job summary

Europol in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks an experienced Agent – Driver to support the Close Protection Team. You will drive executives, conduct vehicle inspections, manage trip records and coordinate with authorities.

The role requires international driving experience, armoury vehicle handling, and knowledge of TCCC/ABC protocols. A shift pattern and weekend standby are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience as an executive driver.
• Experience in maintaining vehicles.
• Experience using navigation systems.
• Experience in fleet management activities and related admin tasks.
• Experience operating armoured vehicles.
• Experience with medical protocols (TCCC/ABC).
• Experience driving as part of a motorcade.
• International work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Europol executives inside the host country and on missions abroad.
• Meet and drive VIPs and Europol guests.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain trip documents and records.
• Carry out minor preventive maintenance to keep vehicles ready.
• Coordinate approvals and deployments of duty cars.
• Liaise with authorities and service providers for vehicle registrations and fuel cards.
• Conduct advance reconnaissance for high-level meetings.
• Coordinate vehicle access with local authorities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
