About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive support to the CFO and the Managing Director of Operations. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex schedules, confidential information, and strategic priorities. The EA will also work closely with the EA of the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination across the executive leadership team.
What you'll do
- Provide executive-level support to the CFO and MD Operations, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executives.
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and ensuring effective time management.
- Support in preparing board materials, financial reports, and operational updates.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across global offices.
- Work closely with the EA of the CEO to ensure alignment, information flow, and executive team coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues to enable focus on strategic priorities.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role supporting C-suite executives.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and international travel.
- Strong business acumen, with experience supporting Finance and/or Operations leadership highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
- High level of proficiency in MS Office 365, Teams, and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional presence, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English AND Dutch strongly preferred.
